A beautiful aromatic starter culture which is used in Blue, Camembert, Brie, Gouda and many hard cheeses. Provides the cheese with a luscious buttery flavour.
You may notice that in some of our recipes this culture is called Flora Danica. Aromatic Mesophilic is the new name for our Flora Danica culture.
All Mad Millie cultures contain a small amount of dairy.
