Returns / Exchanges
At Total Food Equipment Ltd we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our deliveries are carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges
You can return your goods within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price for the items returned. You will pay for the delivery cost of the original purchase and the return by the standard delivery method. Items returned must be in original condition and within the original packaging. Damages If any item is damaged please telephone 0800186825 (08001TOTAL) within two days of delivery. Replacement of damaged items will be made by Total Food Equipment Ltd at no charge to you.
